Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between okdaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the okdaj website and all associated services. By completing the registration process and creating an okdaj account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

okdaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the okdaj platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must cease using the platform and request account closure through the support team.

Governing Language

The official language of these Terms is English. Any translation of these Terms into any other language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted from the Terms without affecting the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Access to the okdaj platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that you qualify before registering an account. okdaj reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout the life of your account.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and artificial persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be accessing the okdaj platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by okdaj or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not have had a previous okdaj account closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and depositing funds.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership.

Jurisdiction Responsibility

okdaj operates under an international gaming licence and provides services to players worldwide, including Bangladesh. Account Registration and Management

Each eligible individual may register one and only one account with okdaj. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. okdaj uses your mobile number as the primary identifier for your account and for the delivery of security-related communications.

Account Verification (KYC)

okdaj applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any point during your account's lifetime, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. okdaj reserves the right to suspend account withdrawals and restrict account functionality until satisfactory KYC documents have been provided and verified.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okdaj login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your okdaj account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okdaj support immediately at [email protected]. okdaj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your okdaj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. okdaj also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okdaj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). okdaj does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of okdaj. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

Accepted Payment Methods

okdaj currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount starts from ৳200, depending on the payment method selected. Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your okdaj account within 30 to 90 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. okdaj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the okdaj payments team during standard operating hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. okdaj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a stated threshold.

Player Funds Security

Player deposit funds held within okdaj accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from okdaj's operational and business funds. This segregation ensures that player balances remain protected and available for withdrawal independently of the platform's business finances. okdaj does not use player funds for operational expenditure.

Bonuses and Promotions

okdaj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated by wagering through the bonus are withdrawable, once wagering requirements are met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• okdaj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify bonus terms with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing or exploiting bonus structures.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slot games typically contribute 100% while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified on each promotion page.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same general bonus rules unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the okdaj platform are governed by specific game rules that are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records maintained by okdaj's system shall be the definitive record of the transaction.

Casino Games

All casino games on okdaj — including slots, live casino table games, and RNG table games — use certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and roulette mechanics broadcast via live video stream. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retrospectively by okdaj or any third party. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is provided by the game developer and is independently certified. okdaj does not modify RTP rates from their certified values.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on okdaj — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the okdaj Sportsbook Rules. Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. okdaj reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the result cannot be officially confirmed, where a match is abandoned before the relevant market's settlement conditions are met, or where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault during a game or betting event, okdaj reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. No winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction event will be paid out. okdaj will communicate directly with any affected player in the event that a malfunction voids a bet or game round that resulted in an apparent win.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okdaj platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be subject to permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with okdaj.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to register on your behalf or use your account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the okdaj platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games, poker games, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to generate winnings that would not occur under normal game conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use the okdaj platform for any transaction related to the proceeds of crime, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using a bonus while not intending to play genuinely, or employing betting strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of the okdaj platform or any game hosted on it.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geo-restrictions or to misrepresent your location to the platform.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or offensive conduct towards okdaj staff, support agents, or other players.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okdaj's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okdaj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

okdaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — whether or not okdaj was advised of the possibility of such losses. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Platform Availability

okdaj does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and improvements to the platform at any time, which may result in temporary unavailability. okdaj will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.

Third-Party Services

The okdaj platform integrates with third-party service providers including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) and game developers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). okdaj is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers, including payment delays, game errors originating from the developer's servers, or any service interruption caused by a third-party system failure.
